Community outreach organizations and area businesses have put this fitness program together to help residents lose the fat, get heart healthy, reduce stress, prevent diabetes and high blood pressure, get stronger bones for osteoporosis prevention, strengthen muscles for obtaining higher metabolism and fat-burning capabilities, and provide cardio fitness. Classes are held 7 days a week and several locations offer easy access and comfortable facilities. These classes are for everyone tall, short, wide, thin, male, female, young and young at heart. This is a pro-active group exercise program for getting the fat off, keeping it off and reducing stress! Its a program geared toward overall fitness and wellness, from beginners to athletes. Each class is about 1 hour long. Private fitness sessions are also available. You can start out slow and work at your level, or if youre ready for a real challenge, go for it!
